Complete waste of time. I paid for express delivery and then at the last minute they said they could not deliver on time. I now have to wait for a refund when they could return the payment to my card instantly.

placed order on 24th nov and didnt turn up on or before 6th december as normal. the girl at the end of the phone always uses same excuses and blames weather then i was told the date had changed without letting me know again as normal. its now passed the new date of 11th december and now ignoring calls . we have a 98year old mother with us and now we are fuming. we have been with them for 4 years and not once have we had a successfull on time delivery. time to move from these amateur money takers

Claim that they are not tied to a single supplier and can always offer next day delivery. When their supplier didn't turn up on the last day of their estimated delivery window (after having taken my money 2 weeks earlier), they weren't able or willing to change supplier or authorise next day delivery to ensure that we didn't run out. The following day the supplier missed the delivery again, but BoilerJuice didn't follow up until gone 4pm in the day, by which time it was too late to do anything. As we have an Aga and Central Heating on oil, the ramifications of running out is no cooking or heating. In winter. With small children. No real apology and get the impression they don't really care. Absolutely useless. Find your local supplier and do a direct deal to get their best prices and build a relationship - that way when you need it, you'll be able to lean on them as a valued customer.

Order submitted and paid for. No notification about delivery meaning we were out when delivery was attempted. Boilerjuice then cancelled the order when costs have soared meaning for the same amount of fuel is over £100 extra. I am a regular customise of theirs but will no longer buy from them!

First order went fine. However. Second order didn't turn up. Left us with no oil for five days and an empty tank. Polite enough on the phone, but a complete lacklustre attitude to their customers. Totally fed up with BoilerJuice. Give it a miss. Go direct.

Our order is now expected to be 7 days late. Boilerjuice's only interest is in getting their commission and not in ensuring any quality of service. Do not be taken in by the tiered pricing scheme for quicker delivery. They cannot honour it. Will be going straight to the supplier in future instead of these parasites.

Second time an order placed, second time it’s late, no contact from Boilerjuice to advise of late delivery. I won’t use this company again, it smacks of financial difficulties when you’re paying a third party for oil and you don’t receive it. I still have no oil and I’m wondering where my money is, has it indeed been paid to the oil supplier. All this hassle and the quote from Boilerjuice was £9 less than my local supplier. I know who I’ll be giving my business to in the future.

Do not use boiler juice. They do not deliver when they say on the website. You are not able to speak to the supplier as they say you have to go through boiler juice. Rubbish to speak to. How in this day and age of delivery slots for everything else on the planet they are not able to even give a morning or afternoon slot. DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR SUPPLIER. VERY VERY UNHAPPY EX CUSTOMER.

FOUR failed deliveries for one order. No contact from Boiler Juice. Have to phone them, hang on to be told ‘sorry’ and it will ‘definitely be ......’ New delivery day/s comes and goes, NOTHING. And the cycle repeats. Still no oil and still no satisfactory explanation from them. Super efficient at taking your money though. Do yourself a favour and source elsewhere. Give Boiler Juicea miss.

Paid £48 for an in tank monitor - subcontracted to Warmserve - man showed up who said he had only come to photograph tank. Phoned Boilerjuice who persuaded him to fit monitor. Oil appeared to be delivered - nothing showing on monitor - Boilerjuice advice monitor can be unreliable. As tanker left no receipt and did not stay clearly no oil. Nightmare.

Delivery scheduled for friday am after confirmed this the day before on the Thursday, was told all ok for Friday. On the friday the oil never turned up when I called boiler juice explained I had no heating or hot water and 2 babies in the house the response was basically tough it be there monday , I was told just go buy some oil from somewhere and they cant calm the supplier as they had calls waiting. Had to put my family in a hotel for weekend as the house is freezing. Again customer services are a disgrace I would advise anyone reading this avoid this company they are a sham quick to take your money then if there are issues tough its your problem

Ordered oil for my mum Driver told her he couldn’t reverse the truck down lane to tank (maybe he should get some lessons) Then told his boss he couldn’t get through garden which he doesn’t need to Constant lies being told by supplier and BJ Wouldn’t deliver oil want £24 for attempted delivery and £24 for another delivery asked for refund customer service keep saying it is with resolution center that cannot be reached by phone Just a rip off company won’t take any responsibility and quite happy to leave a pensioner cold with no oil or money stick to local service!

This was the worst thing I have ever done. Do not buy from Boilerjuice. Quoted me a price then when I pressed order button it had gone up by over 1p per litre. I tried to cancel but they held the money so I had to reorder from them again, it was now the beginning of the week and the earliest delivery was a week later, I ran out of heating oil for the 1st time in 35yrs, disaster from start to finish, I will never ever ever use them again, please do not buy from the bunch,

Why oh why did I deal with this bunch? Quite simply because they quoted on their website the lowest ppl Then they charged me a different price! I had even screenshotted the quote page Refund? Nope! I am furious Stick with your local supplier or oil club folks Never ever again

Supplier admitted fault, Boilerjuice did nothing to support customer and after 3 weeks of constant calling would not provide any compensation. Livid is an understatement!

If I could give boiler juice less than one star I certainly would customer service manager who I had the misfortune of speaking to was completely unhelpful and when I told her so she put the phone down on me.some customer service.hang your head in shame

BOILER JUICE SHOWED NO INTEREST IN SHORT DELIVERY FROM WCF CHANDLERS Previously happy for 3 years with Boiler Juice and its various suppliers until delivery in Jan 2019 for myself and neighbour by WCF Chandlers (first time supplier) which was supposed to be 500 litres each. Checked 3 weeks later and our levels had both dropped considerably (equivalent of using 100L per week). Previously used 400L over 5 months (Sep to Jan). No significant loss occurred when measured again a week later. Delivery process works on trust - suppliers insist delivery must take place even if we're not in so we can't always confirm actual content delivered.  Queried with Boiler Juice and WCF Chandlers and despite confirming that both tanks were locked and secure, there were no leaks and both boilers were recently serviced, both businesses kept relying on the quantity printed on the delivery ticket having to be "right" because it was "from a sealed unit that is checked by Trading Standards". Both companies refused to provide refund or investigate when vehicle/unit was last checked or whether any other deliveries for same date/driver/unit/area had been queried. Neither company seemed concerned at having dissatisfied customers or that they may have operational problems or potential fraud within their business, with the person at WCF Chandlers being downright rude. Myself and my neighbour (both pensioners) have lost approx £130 each (which we can't afford to lose) due to this single delivery from WCF Chandlers. We WON’T be using Boiler Juice again because they are clearly not interested in the integrity of their chosen suppliers. Please take heed - the price might look good, but it's not good value if they deliver only half of what they charge you for.
