“I was charged £10 surcharge as I ordered 800 litres and 720 fitted in the tank. The tank watchman is a crude measurement of oil needed. I was not informed of a surcharge as was just charged this. With the cost of everything I am disgusted with the service and excessive charge considering the times we are living in. Companies are on the ‘make’.”
