Do not use this Company. They fail to deliver on appointed date and customer service totally disinterested.

Terrible company. Was told we would get an oil delivery on 18 th Feb and it didn’t turn up, after a phone call I was told it wouldn’t be arriving until the following Tuesday. This order was for a 93 yr old lady who needs her heating on all day and was running low. After using this company for approx 20 years NEVER AGAIN.

Avoid this company!! .. as with other reviews order delayed by over a week on agreed date no resolution with any confidence given. Cancellation resulted in charges .. customer service staff friendly but completely powerless - I never leave reviews but others should know the real issues and pay a bit more from a different company for piece of mind

No oil even though waited two weeks and last date was yesterday. They will not look into it until after the due date and they will do it when they have time apparently. They say it's the suppliers problem and not theirs as my contract is now with them even though they gave my order to a supplier with NO OIL!!! You could not make it up!

What a truly awful company to deal with. Having failed to make the delivery, the company then cancelled the delivery, leaving me to arrange a new delivery. At no stage during the process was I able to speak to anyone in the company other than the customer services staff. After each conversation with the customers services I was promised a call from a supervisor who would help me to resolve the situation and despite repeated request, the call from a supervisor never happened. Dont use this company, they are awful.

I ordered oil expecting next day delivery,aparently truck broke down so i was told no delivery for 5. So i decided to cancel that order as compensation was 1p per liter not enough to cover extra i paid for next day. Placed new order for delivery on same day as they told me late delivery would arrive,although they still offered next day for premium.i was told i would recieve full refund for cancelled order,checked my bank and received refund less £12.00 not a lot of money but principal is dishonest and highlights money grabbing above customer service sums this company up.

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered heating oil at the beginning of January, thinking that this was plenty of time before I needed it, The first scheduled delivery was 13th January, which would have been fine, however, a notification that the oil would not be delivered arrived on the 14th! Then the next scheduled delivery was 20th January, this was now getting slightly worrying as the oil was now into the reserve! I called Boilerjuice, once again the oil had not been delivered. Then as I explained that this was critical, a delivery was scheduled for today, 22nd January!!!!! Still no oil, I'm now on the verge of completely running out, which means no hot water, central heating!! So who will have to pay if this happens for the bleeding of the system. The response i received from BoilerJuice at 17:00 was theirs nothing they can do today, so call again tomorrow morning at 08:00!! This is horrendous customer service, no empathy or concern on the outcome! This will be the last time I use them and I will advise all my friends, family that use them, not to in the future!

Terrible experience. Had a prepaid express order and driver refused to deliver as boiler not fitted. Plumber, other contractors, other oil companies I spoke to had never heard of this before. BoilerJuice took a week (having asked for photos of boiler) and 5 phone calls plus 4 emails to address issues. Nowhere on their website, T&Cs, order emails or oil regs is this stated. They apologised but didn't honour original order and tried to charge extra £300 (50% more) for urgent redelivery which was over a week late. They even tried to keep admin fee, but after escalating will be refunding. I have now gone elsewhere and direct to supplier.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and its customer service team. I ordered 500 liters of oil, but the delivery did not arrive on the scheduled date. The following day, I was informed that the delivery had been marked as failed, and I was subsequently told I would need to pay an additional £40 for redelivery. The first customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and showed little empathy for my situation, merely stating that I would need to pay the £40 or I would not receive my order. The second representative, while slightly more accommodating, was still insistent on the £40 charge without offering a satisfactory resolution. As of now, I have neither received the oil nor a refund, and after reading through other reviews, it appears that many customers have faced similar issues. Given the ongoing difficulties, I am left with no choice but to consider pursuing legal action or initiating a chargeback through my credit card company. Hopeless rip off merchants. THEY couldn’t deliver agreed and confirmed in writing. THEY couldn’t give us a new delivery date. So, we cancelled the order and bought somewhere else to avoid running out in sub-zero temperatures. THEY charged us a cancellation fee for THEIR failure to deliver. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid these dishonest cowboys at all costs. When the going gets cold, THEY will let you down.

Dreadful service, avoid! Failed delivery due to apparent non-existent crack in the tank. No info provided on why, had to phone to find out why oil hasn’t been delivered. Today oil was delivered by a completely different supplier who said there is nothing wrong with our tank. Despite their mistake Boilerjuice have refused to give a full refund. Shocking.

I've had this service for a number of years and to be fair it has been really good. I'm just about to have a heat pump installed so rerquested to cancel the service and return the money banked up to pay for future orders. At this point I was told I was on a 12 month contract and would have to pay an early termination fee of £66. I've had the service for a number of years and was not aware of renewing it....This just seems unfair and like they are helping themselves to my money for nothing. Shame as this has totally spoiled what has been a good experience.

Ordered a delivery of oil. A week later they tell me that the delivery driver arrived, could not access my tank and so left. I have sent emails to try and understand why this occurred but they cannot explain. They have arranged 3 deliveries in the past year to the same tank, in the same location, with absolutely no issue whatsoever. They have not read my emails, not provided proof the driver actually arrived and have charged me £40 for a non delivery. They have not read (or more likely) do not understand the issue I have. My advice, and what I have now done (with no issue on delivery at all) is gone direct to a provider, rather than using these as a go between, especially as they have no idea what they are talking about.

Unable to get an answer to where my oil is, 4 weeks and counting for delivery! Excuses like blocked driveway (there is two), lorry broke down, ran out of oil, driver ran out of hours Still waiting for delivery although full payment was made

I have used BoilerJuice for 20 years. In that time I have moved house 3 times and always been loyal to them. That ends today. We moved house 12 months ago and had to have a new boiler fitted just before Christmas last year. With a new boiler/new house I was not sure what the oil consumption would be like, particularly in the winter months. My usage in April was a lot more than I expected and so I ordered an emergency delivery on 1st May at a considerable premium. The oil was due to be delivered on or before Friday 3rd May. From the afternoon of the 3rd until the 8th May I exchanged a number of emails with their customer service team. The only word I could use to describe the experience was ' PATHETIC'. They didn't answer any of the questions I raised, instead relying on standard email responses. There seemed to be no process whatsoever between BoilerJuice and their supplier to find out when I might expect delivery. The oil was finally delivered on 9th May, a full 6 days after I was promised it. I went back on to the BoilerJuice website on the 9th and got a quote for the same amount of oil and compared what I would pay for an emergency delivery and a 6 day delivery. The difference was £60 which I assume was very similar to the week before when I ordered. I again contacted BoilerJuice and asked them for a £60 refund. I heard nothing until 13th May when I received a refund of £5.25. Contacted them again to be told that was the maximum they could offer me under their terms and conditions. There are a number of issues BoilerJuice needs to address. 1) Hiding behind draconian T's&C's is no way to conduct business 2) I paid for a service I did not receive 3) Communication between them and their suppliers and the customer is non existent 4) Their customer service people are probably the worst I have encountered 5) Whilst I am not sure, there must be some sort of Service Level Agreement between BoilerJuice and their suppliers based on agreed delivery days, with penalty clauses as part of that agreement. If true they are receiving money from their customers by not paying refunds they are entitled to and from their suppliers for failing to achieve SLA targets. Finally, do not believe they are the cheapest, they are not as I have just confirmed with some of my local oil suppliers. Get some regulation in this sector. As an update, I sent this review to Trustpilot this morning. BoilerJuice replied with another standard response asking me for my order number to allow them to 'respond accurately' and ' look further into the issues raised in your review'. I responded and within 5 mins received another standard email saying how sorry they were but not addressing any of the issues I raised or offering a refund. This is now published on Truspilot

Appalling, second rate service! Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy! Still awaiting delivery on an 3-day order; we are now day 8 and counting. Had to make an Emergency Next Day Delivery Order at nearly twice the price as oil tank had run dry waiting. Abysmal customer service and support. Repeated requests for Line Managers to call; dream on! Still awaiting an update 🕸️ . Offered a pathetic £10 compensation on a £700 plus order for the inconvenience 😡 😂
