Gorgeous bag however when arrived was very un-proportional. Was informed that this was the nature of the bag and was advised to return if I was unhappy with this flaw. Such a shame as would have been the perfect beach bag.

We are really saddened to receive a 1 star review for this basket after we kindly explained to you that this isn't a fault but how the baskets are made. They are woven by hand in rounds so to finish off the top there is always a step where the last round is stitched, but this is on the back of the basket and the front side is completely smooth. All handcrafted Moroccan baskets of this design have a step on one side. We're very sorry that you were unhappy with your basket.
unhelpful customer service, delivery did not arrive, had to collect at the post office and got no refund for the express delivery I paid for. I ordered two identical items, which were different wood, size and thickness. I understand that hand made items differ a bit but mine don't even look similar.

I bought, at great expense, what I thought was a high quality Hammam towel as advertised in the Independent. The hammam towel cost £42 (and £47 with postage). This was an expensive item for me but I wanted something high quality which would last at least a few summers of beaches and lidos. What I received was a pretty, but loosely woven towel which developed a hole on its very first outing - a simple trip to the lido. I had it less than 24 hours. Not practical in the least. When I contacted Bohemia to inform them to politely ask for a refund, I (within 48 hours of receiving the towel) I was refused one. When I called to complain about this dissapointing response, I was given £8 off - which barely covered the postage. Now I have a very expensive but flimsy towel with a hole in it.

They would rather lose a sale and cancel order than work to keep the customer happy. Shula very unhelpful arrogant person on customer service , never replies to emails.

The slippers did not fit properly and were much different than expected. Return shipping is half the price of the item, so totally not worth it. It’s a bummer as I had been eyeing them for months and was really excited. Ended up just a waste of money.

I'll let you know my thoughts once we finish the return and exchange process. Sizing the slippers was difficult so we had to return them. Unfortunately it cost $25 to ship them back. I just hope you receive them and complete the requested exchange.

Purchased slippers Nov 2020, extremely disappointed, falling apart already. Soles worn out and holes in the soles, and heels. I have e-mailed several times re these slippers and have called, answer phone requested that I e-mail. Nobody has had the decency to contact me. All require is a refund please.

I have always wanted a pair of these slippers and after my previous leather slippers finally gave out after about 10 years a friend kindly bought me a pair for a special birthday in February however, after only 6 months wear they are falling apart, have holes in the soles and the sequins are falling off....very disappointed.

I ordered a pouffe which arrived with an absolutely appalling smell. I returned it immediately for a refund. After several weeks of no response, I emailed and was advised that the pouffe had been received but not yet processed. It's now a month since I first placed the order and I am still waiting for my refund. Very, very disappointed with the service and presumably would still be waiting for some response if I hadn't contacted them in the first place.

I received my order about two weeks ago but to be honest what I saw on the website is totally different to what I received. The quality of the shoes I ordered was nowhere near the description and they were quite small. More appalling is that I can’t return them because they were part of the clearance stock. Absolutely ridiculous

I bought a 'Pink Ombre Market Pom Pom' Medium bag from your website, as a present for my mother's birthday. The bag looked beautiful online and perfect for my mother to use this summer and about. However, before my mother even had a chance to use the bag it has already broken. A pom pom fell off the bag without my mother even using it for the first time. It is really sad as it was a gift and it looks badly made. Overall, not happy with the purchase at all and would not recommend.
