“Very fast delivery. Item Arrived well packaged. My leather pouffe is made of a very high quality leather and well worth the money. I have seen other pouffes for less money that don't come anywhere near to the quality of mine. Highly recommend.”

“Lovely slippers but fault in one of them. When I pointed this out n asked what to do , I had an email back without any apology or mention of " sorry you were disappointed with our product " Not good customer care”

Our babouche slippers are handcrafted in the traditional way by artisans in Morocco and can occasionally have small marks that are part of this handmade process. “An excellent service. The slippers are a gorgeous colour, and they arrived beautifully wrapped. They arrived soon after I placed my order. All in all I was delighted.”

“First problem was that I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. I was refunded the postage. When the item arrived, the package had a hole in it and the basket also had a hole. I have been told I will be sent another when the damaged goods are returned.”
