“I was eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new grey/gold pouffe but unfortunately there was a ' fault' in that range so regrettably I had to return the item. Though rather disappointed that I now have to wait for the next batch to arrive from Morocco, Sarah Henderson was prompt and apologetic in her response/services. Unfortunately, I have also lost my 10% discount ( newsletter sign up) when I place my next order. I hope you will consider offering the 10% off when I would place the order again. Thanks and regards Peshala van der Geest P.S. I AM YET TO RECEIVE A 15% DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER( FOR THE NEXT 15 DAYS!)”

“Delighted with my white leather Morrocan pouffe. Very good quality and craftsmanship. I opted for it to be stuffed and I'm glad I did. Delivery also excellent. Very useful to be told a one-hour window within which the delivery would be made. Of course the pouffe wasn't cheap. I hope a good amount of the money finds its way back to the people that made it.”

“I received the slippers, are nice as I saw in the picture, but in 2 points the sewing is broken and it miss a small part of lime leather ( looks like damaged ) and also it smells horribly! ! They are outside at the fresh air since 1 week and no good results… still stink! I already got a similar moroccan slippers last year purchased by my parents directly in the original country and I can say they were better handmade and no bad smell. I think my purchase hasn't been cheap for a pair of slippers… so I'm not satisfied. I won't ship back again the shoes, but neither I will buy again anything in your shop, I think it hasn't been professional from your side to sell a damaged item. Regards, Barbara”
