“I have not received my item, and it has been forever. When I contacted your team I was told to wait till the 2nd of june. Which is unfair, due to the delivery not coming I had to order my shampoo from elsewhere, so it ended up costing me double and I have not been given a refund i’ve been told to wait”

We're sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Royal Mail is sometimes taking much longer than normal to deliver packages. Most packages are being delivered within 3-4 working days. We have refunded your payment and sent you an e-mail with a special offer to compensate you for your trouble. “It's good for short hair but I think that it works best if the hair is less than 2mm and strong. Very easy to use and clean. The company is very professional, they even called me before sending me the product to make sure if that's what I wanted. No complaints. I think I'll buy another product (for longer hair) from them very soon.”

“My item arrived in very good time considering the current situation and that it was before the bank holiday weekend. I was however disappointed in this particular product. ( hard wax,) it was packaged well and the little bottles that came in the pack were nice. I didn't get on well with the wax it's self. You had to work very quickly with it which is difficult when you have to rip it off your self. Maybe it's because I had a lot of growth and would of been better with less bulbous hair?”

“My products arrived safely and promptly in Germany. I am very happy to be able to source Beauty and the Bees products in Europe, as the company does not ship here. Their moisturiser has been a favourite of mine for a long time and the beard wax for my boyfriend is also great. I would love to see the other moisturisers available and it would have been good to get a fresher jar, as this one only has a few months left until the use-by date, but otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!”

Thanks for your great review :) We haven't been selling Beauty & The Bees for very long and receive new stock directly from the manufacturer every few months. Being natural products, the shelf life is shorter than products with lots of additives.
