“Did not receive the product & it's on going with Royal Mail Even though body 4 real have said product arrived at my address : not very helpful Having paid £24 for shampoo & no product.”

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with our response. Your order was dispatched using a Royal Mail tracked service, and they confirmed your package was successfully delivered. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for security at your address, so your only recourse in this matter is to report mail theft to the Police and file a claim with the Royal Mail.

“I love this cream. It just works perfectly. Calms and soothes any sore sensitive places and prevents rashes after shaving them too. Wonderful stuff. I would have given 5 stars if the dispener was not such a pain. It gets stuck and needs a lot of pressure to free it up and then squirts it right acrossed the bedroom! It's not just the current one. They have all done it. Redesign that and it will be the perfect product.”

“There is no irritation to the skin at all, no smell, and it dyes well. I am happy to purchase a good product. I think it would be better if one capacity came out larger. But I'm satisfied. I wish you the best of luck.”
