“I have been using Bob's Books for 10 years now, initially when living in London and now in New Zealand. I have never been disappointed - in fact, I am constantly surprised by how fantastic the service and product is. Having tested other publishers, in my view, Bob's Books stands out for the following three key reasons: 1. it is so user friendly - it is easy to access your pictures, create page layouts and edit your images (not needing to download each photo into the Bob Books creator is such a time saver); 2. the printing/product quality is very high; and 3. products are delivered remarkably quickly. In addition, the staff I have corresponded with have always been friendly and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.”

“During lockdown, I have (so far!) made 5 photo books from holidays over the last decade. Having installed the latest software, I have found making the books straightforward, thoroughly enjoyable and it has provided me with something positive from this unsettling time. The production and despatch of the books has been incredibly quick, often within 3 days of ordering, the book has arrived on my doorstep. The quality is exceptional and I can not thank you all enough for making this difficult time a little more fun for us all.”

“I have used several times BB in the past when living in Europe. And I am very happy to have chosen it again now that I am in Australia to create material to be sent to my family in Italy. Level of material produced and of service have remained outstanding through the years. The designer is always pretty easy to use and it took us basically minutes to create what we wanted. Well done Bob Books!”

“The design process is simple and enjoyable. I was able to fully design my own book and spent a lot of time getting the layout right. I was happy with the speed with which Bob Books printed and delivered my book, it came well packaged and the final book is fantastic quality. I think the Bob Books software is on the whole easy to use and the final product is really high quality.”

“The printing quality, as always, was excellent, with a very prompt delivery. One criticism is an error one one double page in the book as it appears online - showing a large warning triangle and exclamation mark. Despite bringing this to Bob Books attention this error remains - and it put off someone to whom we had recommended Bob Books from using you for a book she was planning to prepare.”

“The finished books are great. I find looking at the photos to put in the book difficult. Maybe I haven’t got it right but only 2 photos come up in the box at a time so it’s difficult to find the photos you want to use. I’m not mad about the blue mountains on the blank pages. Also I. The 3 photos per page I wish there was a lay out of one at the top in the middle and two below and visa versa. But in the whole I’m very happy!!!! Hope I don’t sound too negative!”

“I initially struggled with the app, but on line "chat" support was excellent with minimal waiting for responses. My photo book is lovely, but I had a problem with the font size changing near the end of the book. This was not obvious until I received my printed book. I thought this was rectified before ordering a second copy, but unfortunately the fault was still present.”

“To be honest, I'd never heard of Bob Books until we went on a holiday to New Zealand and I wanted to put some of my photos on the wall. I did my research on all the options and they were the best. After our second holiday back to NZ, I again checked through the options available and for what I wanted, which included a 60×80 collage and a framed photo, they were still the best for me.”
