The flowers arrived a day later than expected and didn't look as fresh as the flowers I hva previously sent but still nice and my sister was happy to recieve them

bought the attached planter and was delivered correctly and on time but compared to your photo on website it looks a bit sparse ....This was a gift and I use your service regularly so was very disappointed... This is order 84252 on 26th of October that was delivered and as you can see there is a gap at front .. Awaiting your reply

Very confusing when adding delivery address as it is unclear as to whether or not there is a message card in the order. Only confirmed when an e-mail is received. Be better to have a clear indication of what is exactly being purchased.

Flowers actually seemed fine. But ordered extras with it which were substituted for an unwanted alternative without being given the choice for a refund instead. Also the website does not work on mobile, the payment processing just fails in an infinite loop so had to give up and move to a desktop computer to place the order. Good prices but maybe you get what you pay for.

While my recipient loved the flower/plant - this is the second time I have sent flowers via B&M and the message I carefully composed has not been pulled through on the order. I reported this the second time today to a customer service agent James c who replied several times to tell me there had been no message they could see. This I know but yet I know I put a message so i think it is a technical glitch. I also had the same issue with the third of three bunches of flowers in July but same thing - no we didn't get the message but I know 100 percent I wrote it in the field available. I would like for B&M tech team to see if there is an issue with the message field as that is twice my typed message has not been pulled through to the order.

1st order was not delivered due to address errors in the application. Would not give refund but had to make do with £15 credit on next order as they say they CANNOT give refunds. Hope re-order makes it this time

I would have given 5 stars but the flowers arrived with no message on the card so the person receiving the did not know who they were from.

Flowers were beautiful according to my friend plus great delivery service However the message on the card hadn’t been printed. A blank card was sent which was useless I hope this never happens again

Flowers were to be delivered for mothers day. One on sat and one on Friday. Not happy the Friday one was so delivered so early.
