We were quite disappointed with the service from parcel force as they should have been delivered on Mon 27th October, it was showing They arrived at the local depot on the Monday morning but didn’t get delivered till late afternoon the following day .

It was a 4th time I ordered flowers from BM. 1st 3 orders were ok, but at last one flowers arrived withered and looked quit old or out of date. It was our wedding anniversary and it wasn't nice experience.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and was very disappointed when ten carnations turned up. If this is large I dread to think how many you would get in a small bouquet. Will not be buying this way again.

Having used B&M Flowers a few times before without any problem's I am sad to say and as you can see (from the photo) that the last flowers were of very poor quality. I am extremely embarrassed that such a bouquet was sent on my behalf. I did complain to B&M Flowers who have since offered me some financial recompense so that I can give them one more chance.

I paid extra for a named day delivery but the flowers weren’t delivered until the day after. I wrote to customer services to ask them to refund the delivery fee as I could have had the same service using their free delivery option, but the person I spoke to just came back with a very unsympathetic response, that sounded scripted and completely uninterested, even the beginning of the email said Hello (NAME) put me right off using them again.

Freesia blast medium contained a grand total of TWO freesias, and 5 roses and a lot of just greenery. It was a gift to a relative mourning a deceased relative so was absolutely disgusted when that arrived. I dread to think what would have turned up if I'd gone standard rather than paying the extra for the medium as pictured which showed upwards of 9 roses and 12 freesias! Absolutely NOT as pictured and was classed as 'ok' by the customer service team.

Flowers were delivered on time but unfortunately the message wasn’t there. Was delivered with empty card so my friend not even know from who she received the flowers. Disappointed

Flowers were delivered on time but very poor, not to bad when delivered but within 4 days they died and the lillies never even opened , plus i ordered the med and i think they sent the small size, I complained to customer services and they offered me £10 which I was not very happy, the cost of flowers these days are expensive and expect them to last a while and get the right size, I sent pics in and now not heard anymore from them , disgusting. I have sent another email again and see if I get a response.

Flowers delivered on time but my message was not placed on the card so our Auntie didn’t know who had sent. Complained but b&m were adamant no message was entered. I can 100 per cent state it was and we checked for no typos but still told I’m wrong. Not impressed at all not delivered the whole service we paid for. B&m need to check their system and take customers word something wrong at their end. No part refund even offered!

When is a stem not a stem - when its in the bunch of B and M (aka Prestige Gifting) flowers that you've ordered for your mums 95th birthday. I ordered a bouquet of 22 stems - paid extra for a medium bouquet and only actually got 15 stems. No problem with the quality of the flowers but the company would not accept that someone had just made a mistake and that there was a 'quantity control' issue. I got a £10 refund eventually after a weeks worth of emails but shame on you B and M - just made me feel someone was cutting corners somewhere in the process and then being so defensive about what was actually delivered. Sadly won't be buying from you again.
