My husband orders a bunch of flowers from B and M at a cost of £30 Plus delivery. When they arrived they were wilted and a very small bunch definitely not worth the £30 he was charged. My husband had complained to B and M who are saying that there is nothing wrong with the flowers. I feel he has totally been ripped off. I could buy over healthier flowers from my local Aldi store and more flowers. Annoyed and disappointed B and M

Flowers were of poor quality. They arrived bashed. I paid £22 and I could have bought better from the garage for £2.50. I asked for a refund and was refused. They just offered a £10 credit on my on-line account. Not good service at all

Couldn't tell you - they've still not shown up! I ordered last week for Saturday delivery on a 24h guaranteed delivery and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered to my mum. They'll be compost by the time they arrive. And your customer service was no help either

I ordered an upgraded larger bouquet and chocolates for £30 for a friend who was ill and was very disappointed with my order . On arrival some of the roses that were open were squashed flat . My friend counted 22 flowers that did not open . After a few days of waiting to see if the flowers opened , I reached out to customer service who told me that I had exceeded the return time . Terrible experience, no not order !

Plant display come smashed to pieces could not save any of the plants.. Have submitted a complaint but still waiting for a reply poor communication not even an apology or will look into this for you angry

The website is no good. I have ordered off B&M before and always found it very hard to order and pay on-line. KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!!!

Dreadful service.You didn't include the sympathy card with the flowers ,which I filled in online.Obviously a website issue and lack of quality control.Customer service were dire.DON'T USE.

Purchased September Beauty for my late sisters September birthday to lay on her grave. What a disappointment. Very sparse and the quality of the flowers were poor. This reminded me I had used you once before but had forgotten my opinion was the same then. Really sad I know £20 isn’t much but definitely not value for money. Note to self DON’T USE AGAIN

I paid the extra for the next day delivery but the flowers were finally delivered 3 days later than this. Despite contacting the company all I was offered was a few pounds in credit to use on my next order (there won't be a next order) and an excuse that the postage is out of their control. The 24HR postage should be made clearer on their website that it maynot arrive in 24hrs. Not impressed!

Terrible service. I never received my flowers and yet you ask me to review my experience. Is this a joke to you? I ordered flowers on Monday the 15th and they never arrived and your customer service never provided any reasonable explanation. I actually found the staff quite rude and dismissive. Won’t be ordering again!! I hope I receive my refund as per my request!!

I will never use nor recommend your company again. Order did not arrive on 28th as booked for special diamond wedding anniversary. So disappointing!!!! Had to wait til 30th as no Royal Mail deliver on 29th as bank holiday. Did no one in B&M or Royal Mail think that a diamond wedding anniversay - 60 years married - was worth prioritising for a couple of 80 year olds.

The flowers were very poor for the money. I doubt that I would use B&M flowers again. Would not recommend. On the plus side delivery was good.

Flowers where NOT fresh, looked worse than garage bought flowers would have got three times the amount from Morrisons/asda or tescos for the money l paid....disgusting small not medium bunch of dried, sad looking flowers very disappointing and won't use B&M flowers again ...they've lost a small fortune from myself and other family members as all agree terrible flowers
