“Flowers were supposed to be next working day. Days later and still my mum hasn't received them. Live chat busy when i tried chasing it up. No tracking either. Very slow and misleading service, will not be using again. My poor mum is poorly and all I wanted was something to cheer 😢”

“Bought a medium bunch of thank you flower's. My niece was more than happy and they arrived on time and very good condition no drooping, no heads falling off. Will use B&M flower's again, I've used them once before and no issues then either.”
