“I think this is the fourth time I have used B&M Flowers to send my mum flowers. They have been superb quality to date. Very annoying though on each occasion I have tried to pay via ApplePay and it has not worked. On each occasion I have had to go and find my wallet and pay by card. In 2023, this might deter some customers with busy lives!! Overall though, you’re paying for a great product and in that regards B&M Flowers delivers!!”

“It would have been 5 star . But the personalised note was missing from the box . They were sent to a grieving relative . But they didn’t know that I’d sent them because of missing card .”

“Website very easy to use and flowers very reasonably priced. Only problem was my order wasnt delivered on day I requested. But will most certainly will use B and M for flower orders again and will recommend this company to friends, my recipient was so very pleased with her flowers. I will most certainly use B and M to send flowers in the future”
