“I ordered an upgraded larger bouquet and chocolates for £30 for a friend who was ill and was very disappointed with my order . On arrival some of the roses that were open were squashed flat . My friend counted 22 flowers that did not open . After a few days of waiting to see if the flowers opened , I reached out to customer service who told me that I had exceeded the return time . Terrible experience, no not order !”

“The flowers are great and delivery service speedy. I’ve ordered multiple times and always been impressed. However the website when you come to pay is a little complicated - I had to put the address in multiple times and then was unable to pay via Apple Pay, getting the error message “sorry something went wrong our end””
