“I recently wrote a review regarding the lack of chocolates that were supposed to be delivered with flowers I sent to my mum for her birthday. The matter has been resolved and chocolates now delivered. I have also been told that the Flowers were very nice Thank you 😊”

“I sent an arrangement to my Daughter as she wasnt very well. I thought an arrangement would be differerent and it certainly didnt dissapoint, it was very seasonal. My Daughter was very pleased with them .”

“Absolutely excellent from ordering online to point of delivery. I received a great big email kiss from my daughter in law with photo of the flowers. The colours looked so warm and bright and were definitely on a par with their photo. B&M - you definitely have an excellent florist. This bouquet is my 2nd purchase since finding you have an online flower service. I don't buy many bouquets online but for any future occasions, B&M Flowers will be my only online flower purchase.”

“Flowers were of poor quality. They arrived bashed. I paid £22 and I could have bought better from the garage for £2.50. I asked for a refund and was refused. They just offered a £10 credit on my on-line account. Not good service at all”
