“The last order I made was wrong it took a long time to get s response but when I did I was refunded for the error which I have used against another order. I will review this order when it is delivered”

“Both recipients received their flowers yesterday, 5th, after failure before Christmas. If I had known you would send them by post I would have used other means, The post office failed me twice twice at Christmas with one of the recipients. Sorry, I have just seen further in the survey that you ask how they arrived. I do not know with the second delivery. I received a call at around 18:30 saying they just arrived and were beautiful”

“Flower prices are good and delivery was on the day i requested. One issue was paying for a tracked delivery which was added to the bill and there is no option to cancel and was totally useless when I tried to use It i through the royal mail tracking service . The last update was they were at the local mail centre and will be delivered in time for Xmas . They did arrive that same day to my requested address only from my friend to thank and tell me . THEY advertise FREE delivery something i did not get . And be aware they are a third party and cannot speak to anyone and have to email any issues which I did regarding the free delivery and still waiting after a week an answer.”

“It was okay. Very long winded if your a new customer. I qualified for free next day delivery, however by the time i had signed up it was too late. It took 10 minutes to do this. So not very happy about that.”

“I sent them to my mum . They arrived with no card saying who had sent them , no message enclosed even though I had asked for one and nothing to say where they had come from. Flowers were ok . In the middle of fresh and throw away time. Not happy”

“The bouquets were superb, the delivery time and dates were met completely and this part of the experience was much appreciated. I will be using B&m flowers again with the hope that the slight problem with the vases can be rectified.”

“There was a broken flower with a rose head broken off and there was no plant food sachet. Apart from that the flowers were appreciated by my partner.”

“Flowers were of good quality but, because of COVID 19, the delivery was a week late. Unfortunately the recipient went into hospital during that week and is now unlikely to see them.”

“Flowers arrived promptly but very dry and quite small for the large bunch I ordered there are better providers out there that while a bit more expensive more than make up in quality and quantity”
