“I sent flowers from b&m flowers and my friend was delighted with them. I’ve also been sent some myself which were beautiful. I would recommend them. I had to contact customer service as there was a problem with delivery (Royal Mail’s fault) and they were very helpful in dealing with my problem”

“It was easy to order and price is great. Royal Mail delivered the flowers and sadly delivered almost half a mile away at an incorrect address (it was remote). Caused a bit of detective work!”
