“I will never use nor recommend your company again. Order did not arrive on 28th as booked for special diamond wedding anniversary. So disappointing!!!! Had to wait til 30th as no Royal Mail deliver on 29th as bank holiday. Did no one in B&M or Royal Mail think that a diamond wedding anniversay - 60 years married - was worth prioritising for a couple of 80 year olds.”
