“The person I sent the flowers too said they are beautiful once opened up. The image from delivery showed them as arriving in a packed box which I didn’t expect”

“The plants were beautiful but although the box clearly stated to keep THIS SUDE UP they must have been tossed around as the plants were out of the wicker basket and the box was full of the compost but however my friend did manage to sort them back to how they were when ordered think you need to have a word with ROYAL MAIL to make them understand CARE NEANS CARE”

“This was my first time using the B&M Flowers website, I was searching for the perfect affordable thank you flowers for my mum and it couldn’t have been easier!
