“I paid extra for a named day delivery but the flowers weren’t delivered until the day after. I wrote to customer services to ask them to refund the delivery fee as I could have had the same service using their free delivery option, but the person I spoke to just came back with a very unsympathetic response, that sounded scripted and completely uninterested, even the beginning of the email said Hello (NAME) put me right off using them again.”
