“Positive: flowers are beautiful and delivered timely Constructive feedback: Don't offer an additional charge for tracking service if you are not going to update customer. I stressed all day thinking they hadn't arrived until I received a message from my wife saying thank you.”

“Clicked on the next day delivery option for the flowers on the Wednesday to make sure they got there for Mother’s Day. They were £15 but charged me £20!They didn’t arrive till the Monday! Was not happy at all.”

“I would rate you higher, but you do not allow + signs in email addresses, which is poor for the digital security of your users. I am perfectly happy with the experience on your website otherwise, but it very much disappoints me that in this age you would rather compromise your end user's digital security to make it harder for your future promotional emails to be filtered.”

“The flowers were slightly different to the picture on the website. Also did not know if they had been delivered or not as no notification emails. Same price as the other flower delivery services so probably wouldn’t use again”
