“From the how did we do email you sent you are only inviting good reviews, this is not good practice. I ordered flowers 5 days ago and they still have not arrived, and I am yet to receive an explanation as to why. At this rate they will not be worth delivering, if this is the case I will be uploading a picture so everyone can see the state of the flowers that you deliver”

“Flowers were delivered on time but very poor, not to bad when delivered but within 4 days they died and the lillies never even opened , plus i ordered the med and i think they sent the small size, I complained to customer services and they offered me £10 which I was not very happy, the cost of flowers these days are expensive and expect them to last a while and get the right size, I sent pics in and now not heard anymore from them , disgusting. I have sent another email again and see if I get a response.”

“I made my first purchase with B&M Flowers and I can honestly say that it was a very easy process, the prices are very reasonable, they even do Free Delivery which arrived the next day! I have received feedback from the recipient and they were extremely pleased and said the flowers were beautiful, it brought a tear to their eye. Well done B&M Flowers, I will definitely use their service again!!”
