“From the first day we approached Blue Hat to organise a virtual activity for our team till 'the day' everything was just perfect. Blue Hat Team is super professional, friendly, helpful and well organised. We have only provided the team list and had not to worry about anything else because Blue Hat has sorted everything for us. All our colleagues shared great feedback saying how fun the game was and the smiling faces on the photos is a proof to that. Many thanks Blue Hat for the fabulous game. Our special thanks goes to Mark & Conor & Luke who were in charge of our team activity.”

“I really can not recommend Blue Hat enough- throughout the process, Connor communicated regularly and answered any questions I had around logistics and timings- offering great suggestions along the way too. The theme for this year's Conference was Working Smarter, Together and as a photography business we agreed that Animation would be fitting. We were divided into 8 teams of 6 employees, with each team assigned a director, sound technician, set designer etc; the challenge being to collaborate with the other teams to create a Stop Motion Animation in line with one agreed narrative. It was great fun and the creative elements of the exercise really appealed to the skill set of our group, whilst also challenging them to communicate effectively- high praise was given by all of how much they enjoyed it! Conor and his team were enthusiastic and great facilitators too, thankyou for making our conference one of the best yet!”

Yes, Animate continues to be a very popular activity for all the reasons you mentioned and we're so pleased to hear how everyone enjoyed it on the day. We also recognise that an activity can only be as good as the people who turn up on the day to deliver it and we've worked really hard over the years to find the people who naturally have the right attitude to help maximise the delegate experience. “Blue Hat provided us with an excellent service on the day of our event. From the initial meetings they were enthusiastic, listened clearly to our needs for the day and offered us a range of choices. The team were quick to respond to any queries and the event they ran was very popular within our department; engaging 500 corporate people into all the fun and games was questionable but some how Blue Hat and their large team on the day did just that. “Right from the first conversation, Blue Hat can get deep into the goals and benefits of each activity to ensure it meets your goals for any learning experience or if its just pure fun team building. We required a particularly challenging couple of activities that we felt our very smart and driven employees would both enjoy but also stretch their skills. For example, we picked the Hells Bells activity as below the surface it touches on a number of the elements around the 5 dysfunctions of teams, which meant we as a leadership team can observe our team behaviours when working together on a challenging task(s). We worked closely with Stephanie, Isla and Conor on the actual day who ensured everything worked seamlessly from a logistical perspective - including liaising with the venue to ensure they can set up properly. On the day, the team were great at facilitating the exercise and nudging teams when they needed it so we kept to our timetable. A perfect balance of letting the teams enjoy the activity, but giving assistance without directly helping or solving it for them. From an overall customer experience, I cannot speak highly enough - and the feedback from every employee was highly positive.”

“From the initial brief to delivery, BlueHat have been fantastic. Receiving a considered, detailed proposal with choice, having calls with Steph to ensure we had a 'Plan B' option and preparing for the day.
