“tres satisfait de ma plateforme , elle est solide, complète et silencieuse.Notice est très minimaliste, un tableau d exercice en anglais,pas de boock d'exercice indiquant les postures avec leurs effets et surtout pas d explications sur les fréquences de vibrations ..un si bon produit sans guide peux représenter un danger et des contres effets !!”

“Its a great machine but it came damaged and ripped from both handles. Some screws don't screw in like they are supposed to so a bit wobbly. Over all it does what its says it does.”

“Obscene service ... you did not provide me the vibrator, I wrote to you service and I received a reply after 6 days, you wrote me if I wanted the money or a new shipment, I replied to you a new shipment and still after 6 days I am waiting an answer, or to know something !! Incredible what incompetence! Tutto osceno, non ho ricevuto l'apparecchio dopo un mese ed ancora oggi non mi risponde nessuno per spedirmi un apparecchio o restituirmi i soldi!”

“Every question I have had takes way more than 72 hours to answer which in turn they answer with another question. The question they ask me has already been answered in my previous questions. It's been almost a month and I just want to be done with this whole thing :(”

During the time you had ordered and were in contact with our team, we were experiencing 10x+ the amount of enquiries compared to usual, so the response time had to be increased to 72 hours (which we tried our best to adhere to). “Schnelle Lieferung trotz dass es aus England kommt. Vibrationsplatte Bluefin Fitness ist hervorragend. Macht auch einen stabilen Eindruck. Vibrationen bis 60 HZ möglich. Muskelaufbau geschieht ja erst bei 30 -40 Hz. Das können die wenigsten Platten. Die meisten können maximal 10 - 15 Hz.”

“Bought this the other week having red reviews and was direct through the company and was in a sale. Excellent value for money. Process of delivery - kept up to date with delivery information. “Machine is worth the price absolutely However it is missing basic instructions on how to use. I have not understood for example the ones that you use as a step should vibrate too? Which is the best excercice to lose weight on the belly”
