“Bought the machine in the first instance to help my husband with his balance, following an operation. He is finding it very good and improving his fitness also, starting as advised on the lowest programme at first. I am also benefitting from using it.”

“Only had my machine for a couple of weeks, but both my husband and I are now hooked on using it twice a day, every day. We’ve been increasing program intensity gradually and we both already feel the benefit. Starting to feel more toned all over, the aching back seems to have eased, and neck and knees less stiff. So much more enjoyable to use than endless pounding on more conventional exercise equipment. Especially recommended for the more mature, less fit and creaky individual.”

“I purchased this machine to help with my frozen shoulder and remove tension across my shoulders brought on by stress at work. A combination of YouTube videos, a book on exercises for shoulder injuries and the Vibration Plate used daily for 3 weeks has removed all my pain, tension and the frozen shoulder is almost back to normal.”

“Ideal machine for walking. I’ve not advanced to jogging yet. Basic operation but easy to understand. There are greater physical workouts through App. Build quality is very good. No incline on this machine.”

“Easy to assemble but you could make it easier for yourself by using a small ratchet set to tighten some of the nuts and bolts. Sturdy build but almost silent when being used.”
