Ordering easy, but did not realise how much of a delay there would be for delivery! But forgiven in this horrible time we find ourselves in! Bike looks good and very comfortable. Delivery driver polite & very helpful! Have not fell off yet but early days. Painless!

I ordered a bike in lockdown knew it would take some time to receive it but that’s were my problem started I received a message from UPS on the 21-6-20 to say it would be delivered the next day it did not arrive and still hasn’t and UPS and Bluefin just doesn’t seem interested if it doesn’t arrive tomorrow then get in touch and then the next and so it goes on and on ..... some way to keep your customers happy

I can see there appeared to be a communication breakdown on our system as your emails were coming in, and our replies didn't seem to be reaching you. Olivia had contacted you to confirm the refund could be processed but requested further information as requested by the accounts department. I can see this was eventually resolved for you, although I am very sorry it took so long to sort out. Muy buen producto, viene con tablas d ejercicios y dietas q siempre van bien d guia. Incluye una pulsera para controlar la intensidad y encendido, muy util.

I am using this treadmill for one month now. Every other day. I am really satisfied with it. I am speed walking but I tried also slow jog and it served its purpose. It can be used for both ways. It is really easy to fold it and just move it where it is not in the way. So far so good. I ordered it at beginning of May but on the page said it will be available on 6th June and it was delivered on 8th June. So it was fast as well.

Not that many exercises on chart and they leave Mark's from board. (Painful prints on hands). Also exercises make no use of foot marks. Makes no sense. Can't seem to change time of exercise program, other than to restart via board and auto function can only operate from watch. Where's blue tooth? Left disappointed 😥

Very poor I ordered a bike which was received damaged, it has taken over a week to organise its return, then I get confirmation of the refund for a lot less than I paid for the bike

I placed the order in March knowing that there was a delay until the end of May, this was moved to mid June & the couriers were slow off the mark at best, this was obviously out of Bluefin's hands. When the X-Trainer & bike arrived I built them up & was generally pleased with the build quality & silent operation of both, however the instructions for the use of both only very loosely cover 2 sides of the manual. There is only a cursory mention of half of the modes that the equipment has & no instructions for use with the app with no Bluetooth instructions either. Support is only via email & can take several days to actually get an answer, which inevitably raises more questions than it answers due to the lack of instructions.

Ordered product in April 2020, middle of lockdown, told delivery May 28th, fine , understandable, then had email saying delivery was delayed until 15th June, okay, had email from Royal Mail saying delivery was in system, had same email from UPS. 15th came and went. Ypu cant call them as theres no phone number, emails were taking days to get a reply from. Turned up a week after 15th via UPS. I fully understand the difficulties during COVID-19, but ,the complete lack of clarity on the delivery side was terrible. The item.itself is fine, parts of it are flimsy, but overall fine

Ordered this item and it’s now over a week late. Can’t believe they use such an incompetent delivery service. Basically, my item has been in a depot/on a van for over a week and nobody can give me any answers?!!

Hi Ruth, thanks for the feedback and apologies for the issue with your item. Due to the numerous issues we experience with this courier, we have since changed to a better courier, who provide a quicker and much more reliable service. At the time of your order, the courier networks in general were heavily overloaded due to the global pandemic, so I am so sorry this affected you. Sadly, I can see that the delivery partners were not able to locate the parcel but we offered you a replacement or refund and could not see a response from you - does this still need to be resolved? Excellent pruducts, quality made, my tour 5.0 bike looks like I will never need to replace it. The communications from Jo were fantastic, they kept me up to date with my order, especially through the civid situation, it sounds corny saying this, but this is what customer service is all about, I can't fault them (and I can be picky!) thanks again Bluefin, I highly recommend you!

Product and customer service second to none. Slight cosmetic damage (scratch) on vibrator plate when I received it, for which I was immediately recompensed. Excellent company!!
