Would like more levels of resistance only goes up to 60 and resistance bands could maybe be adjustable to accommodate strength levels you require all in all good machine

The delivery of my cross trainer took a lot longer than was promised with no initial communication from Bluefin as to why. They are only contactable by email which is unacceptable. They usually respond within 72 hours which is not quick enough to get the answers needed. The box was damaged and the plastic supporting the bar at the rear of the cross trainer was cracked. It was a nightmare to assemble and there are annoying very loud creaks and squeaks with every movement. The nuts and bolts loosen after every exercise session. They supply unnecessary plastic covers for all the joints. Leave them off as you have to remove them anyway to tighten all the nuts and bolts. Such a pain and a workout in its self. The app that they suggest is NOT compatible with an android phone, only an i phone which I do not have. The actual movement of the cross trainer is a smooth action which is the only positive I can give. It is certainly not worth what they charge. The manufacturer needs to re-think the type of nuts and bolts to prevent them loosening after every session.. What else to say, but I am very disappointed.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback although I'm sorry to read the content of your review. Due to the global pandemic, there has been a huge surge on demand for all aspects of the supply chain and order process which led to delays we sadly could not have foreseen. Demand on our support team went from around 500 new enquiries per week to a peak of 15000 which is why Bluefin decided to amend the response time to 72 hours to better manage the expectations of customers for when to expect a response from the team. It was also decided to turn off phones and chat, otherwise the response time for emails would have been even longer and it was easier to keep things on one channel. This is by no means an excuse, but I just wanted to provide some context as to the comments you had made. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the item itself, and I have passed the feedback on so we can look to improve the item alongside the packaging. Received my product in which I had to prepay as out of stock. My treadmill was then delivered two days later after the estimated date given for it comin back into stock. Unfortunately when it arrived I had two parts damaged and contacted Bluefin. Due to Covid informed delays could happen and as prewarned happy to wait for reply! Email took about a week to be responded too but great customer services to fix my issues and as in a pandemic delay understandable! New parts arrived today and happy all resolved! Treadmill is good quality, easy folding, not as heavy as I thought it would be and folds up neatly to fit against wall or in my cupboard! Would I recommend then Yes, can only give 4 out of 5 for damaged pieces sorry Bluefin

Le tapis de course est de médiocre qualité en regard du prix. Ex. Délai beaucoup trop long pour être livré Pas de descente du tapis avec amortisseur - il faut accompagner la descente à la main ! Capot cassé - plastique trop fragile Notice très mal traduite Très déçu de mon achat qui ne ressemble pas à la description sur le site. Dommage car le service client était plutôt. Bien

I would have given this product 5* as it truly deserves it. The machine is very sturdy, quiet and made from strong material. The only issue I incurred was I couldn’t find the ac port and contacted customers services on their website twice, on twitter and Instagram. I still haven’t got a reply from the customer services or twitter but they replied to my message on Instagram. I was lucky enough to find the ac port so it saved me a lot of trouble as I initially thought I would need to exchange the entire machine. Please improve you customer service and ensure we are not left in limbo. It’s really frustrating when you don’t get a reply. I am hoping I won’t have any problem with it because it worries me knowing that don’t respond to the customers l’ enquires.

Hi there, so sorry you weren't happy with your experience with us. During the time of your order, we were experiencing unprecedented demand and delays in the supply chain due to the ongoing pandemic. Sadly this resulted in a delay for the order being shipped out to you and also longer response times from our customer service team due to their increased demand to. I am pleased to report, although I know this doesn't change your circumstances, that we have a 24 hours response time in place now for enquiries and longer contingencies for delays on all items we stock. I ordered the rowing machine in May, but later decided to cancelled it due to the late date delivery in June. I was sent a cancellation e-mail by Bluefin, but, I still had a charged on my credit card. I fill out a fraud complaint with Visa, but later was sent the machine at the end of July, and was a different one then the advertised one. Bloody limeys!

This ensures that, if on pre-order, you are allocated a unit from the incoming batch. product said in stock but then took 2 months to arrive as apparently it was a pre order item as was not in stock!!! cross trainer is not whisper quiet as advertised but can do a good workout on it.

Faulty equipment delivered 2wks ago. Informed them straightaway and sent all the requested information but yet to hear from Bluefin support team, this was over 1 week ago, poor service so far...

I just love my Bluefin fitness viberating machine.It does all it says in the instructions included.As I am an arthritic sufferer I great appreciate the relief it gives me.Also I feel the weight is actually starting to shift.l use it every day for 30 minutes.Thank you for thes-eedy delivery and courteous courier.

During the time of your order, demand for the support team increase 10-15x the usual amount, so they did their very best to respond to customer queries quickly and informatively. We have since improved processes within the department and increase the staffing levels to better cope with surges should they happen again. Great product just didnt receive the remote control with it. Emailed to report it and hopefully get one sent but no response still a week later. Otherwise would have been a 5.
