“Use it for free weight and bodywork. Planks, especially side planks are more challenging, hip lifts. Use it for relaxation and pain relief in the evening.”

“I use the machine a few cycles in the morning to help me wakeup and a few cycles in the evening to release any tension. I am looking to firm up what I have so I use the faster cycles and medium and high-speed buttons on the remote. I am over 50 and I have some minor circulation problems in my feet. The early results are positive.”
