“I have to say thank you! I had been going to physical therapy for 4 months, multiple times a week for my right hip. I do have some arthritis in both hips, but my issue was muscle related. We’d get the 2 sets of muscles to relax and be fine for 2-3 days before they would tighten up again. I was doing my stretches multiple times a day and we hit a plateau. I decide to stop PT and see how I did with only the stretches. After four days of 1-minute sessions, the pain went from 9-10 to zero! I’ve continued to use this vibrating machine 5-6 times a week. I’ll never stop using it and I recommend it to everyone.”

“Great bike, easy to assemble, works very well, has no noise at all, and is easy to move. Assembled all by myself, I'm 66 and have some disabilities but I had no problems whatsoever. I'm 5'2" and it fits my leg length perfectly on the first level. Very happy with my purchase!”

“Because I am not very handy, assembling the bike was moderately challenging for me. However, I obtained excellent customer support by email from the seller, which entailed sending pictures back and forth with them. With their help, I was able to get the bike assembled fairly easily. The fully assembled bike is very sturdy and very quiet. I am happy with it.”
