I noticed that my hips and legs start to itch on the machine, but from what I have read, this is normal as your venous flow puts out a higher demand for oxygenated blood, and you can have different sensations. To me, this is a good thing, as it is getting stagnant fluid and your lymphatic system moving.”

“I bought this just out of curiosity. I read what it did and was supposed to do for your body BUT after two weeks of using this, I noticed I could now have all down the stairs again like a normal person!! It’s been a few years since I could do that as my right knee gave me such sharp pains I would do anything to avoid stairs. Now I go up and down like a normal person and now look for reasons to do so to increase my exercise. Never thought it would help my knees and no description of these vibration plates ever list them as beneficial for it. All I can say is that this has been the best thing I’ve purchased this year!”

“This product works great to increase blood flow through the legs and feet. Helps keep ankle and leg swelling down in the legs of the elderly. You do not even have to stand on the platform to get these benefits. Also noticed a little better balance control. Great vibrating plate!”

“The nerves in my legs are pinched and can't be medically fixed and on medication. But I order this vibration plate because I thought maybe for motion and exercise, but it ended up massaging my nerves and making my legs stop hurting and been walking without a cane. This thing is amazing!”
