“I am very pleased with this machine. It is very powerful even at the low speeds. At the higher speeds you really feel as though you have has a good gym workout. If you are not so fit or even elderly, then this would be a great machine for getting your body moving, combined with some walking. I have a horrid bit of spare skin under my chin, after about seven sessions on this machine it is actually starting to get smaller and tighter. I can feel my waist getting vibrated, so it must be getting slimmer too.”
