Overall the machine is okay and does a job, but would not go overboard to say it’s great. Console for me is the most disappointing aspect. It looks and feels cheap and plastic not quite what I would expect from something costing in the region of £500.00! If you rest an iPad on the console like it states you can you cannot see the program screen so you have no idea how far you are in your program. There are no speakers and the app the manual suggests to install is shockingly disappointing. You cannot save your results anywhere on the app or the console so you have no idea how you are progressing and so far I have not been able to fathom how one can save each user’s info. It has to be reset and entered every time even though the manual suggests you should be able to program for 5 users. For me not that much of an issue as I have an Apple watch which has an app that I can set to monitor the workout and my heart rate etc but does not capture information from the machine. I am either missing something from what was offered on the website to that which I have received or the sales pitch is deceptively misleading.

Very happy with the product. It is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to fold and put under tha bed. A bit heavy but manageable to move around. Used by the whole family members. 5 stars!

Pleased with the product. My only criticism is poor explanation of exercises and lack of exercise videos for this particular product.

Wrist controller not working. Comes with booklet but no real guidance on how to use the plate. Not given any info on what programme/setting to use or for how long. Still trying to return but no one answers my messages. Very poor customer service.

Excellent customer service, really quick turnaround of order (in our case despite coronavirus related restrictions). Delighted with the exercise bike - very good value for money, super build quality, easy to assemble and great to use. Would not hesitate to recommend Bluefin or any of their products.

Very efficient machine. I did inquire about the best machine to buy to build bone density and you wrote back the 4D which I purchased. After receiving it I asked which setting would be best for bone density and was told to contact my doctor because this is a medical question. ??? Most MDs know nothing about this machine.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot before I bought from this sham company. They’ve actually reduced me to tears twice while trying desperately to get them to sort out a faulty treadmill they’d sent me! In the end I had to get PayPal to intervene to get my money back. Do not, ever buy from this company or any subsidiary. Just awful.

Our support team were under a lot of pressure at the time of your order and working super hard to respond to all customers as quickly as possible. Due to a setting in the system they use, each email sent in the thread without a response moves the proposed response time for the team based off the newest and not the oldest message which is why it took a while to get back to your return request. I am very unhappy with customer service. 1.07 try to return the item I bought from you, but unsuccessfully. On July 1st I returned the item in its original packaging to the return address given, on July 27th the package came back. I try to contact your colleagues from customer service via e-mail, but without success. Unfortunately, something like this happened the first time :(

Hi Anna, sorry to read the issue you've mentioned in your review. I can see there was a mix up here regarding the correct location for the item to be returned to and as you had sent this to our outbound delivery warehouse, and not our returns warehouse, this caused delays in getting this resolved for you. I love my machine and started to see results after just 4 days. I use it 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time 2 mins standing straight 2 mins half squat 2 mins deep squat 1 min right leg balance 1 min left leg balance 2 mins calf raises An online tutorial would be helpful as I still haven't worked out what all the settings are for, so I feel I am not getting the most out of my machine Machine could do with better assembly instructions but I did manage to put it together with the help of my husband. Great buy, great value and no regrets Donna with the almost firm butt !!!

Ordered my cross trainer on Tuesday and it was delivered on the Friday. Only thing they could have improved was that I didn’t get a order confirmation email. Just an email on the Thursday to say it would be delivered on the Friday.

Ich bin mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige, was im Lieferumfang fehlt, wäre eine CD mit Übungen, da das mitgelieferte Poster nicht so toll ist.

Swift delivery compared to many other providers. Excellent customer service. I have missed my regular spin classes at the gym and now do not feel the need to return....much more convenient having the bike available at any time and performance is gym quality. Very impressed.
