“My wife and I are enjoying this bike, taking our time to build up which helps. I have stopped going to the gym with everything that is going on and find it most enjoyable being able to exercise when you want not having to drive anywhere not worrying about parking, not worrying about how long you have before you have to be somewhere else”

“Would be a fine bike for beginners, or those seeking a substitute for walks or jogs when the weather turns foul. It certainly allows me to get out of breath and sweat, although I'm less sure that the highest resistance levels would suit serious gym cyclists.”

“I look so forward to getting on this machine several times per day in 10-15 minute increments. It's so convenient to do this while watching TV. I also use it to relax and loosen up while working from home. I feel more limber and less stiff after using this machine daily. I also hope to realize weight loss and firming up from continued use of the vibration machine.”
