“Pedals are poorly made and turned up cracked”

Hi Ben, so sorry to hear you're not happy with your item and that it arrived damaged. This is not how we ever want our items to arrive! We had an initial error with the pedals for our rowers which we are so sorry for. This has been amended and I can see we replaced the pedals for you to resolve this issue :) Regards Ella

Hola Eva, siento leer tu reseña aquí. Dependiendo de la etapa de la garantía, es posible que los clientes deban pagar por su propia devolución de los productos según los términos y condiciones de venta de Bluefin. Sin embargo, puedo ver que se organizó una recogida con UPS para usted, por lo que no debería tener que pagar la devolución usted mismo. Lamento que haya confusión al respecto. Saludos Ella

“Very good no problems so far, the heart rate strap monitor seems a bit hit and miss , took me a while to get the blue tooth speakers working ok now, was trying to connect on a fs??? discovered by accident a btm???? Channel which plays the music all good”

“Curv 2.0 Bought this Cross trainer which came very promptly and is very easy to put together. Stride length is too short ans I wish they had advertised this before hand. No very good for tall people. Non the less, very qood quality and total space saver. A tad pricey for such a short stride length.”

“Bluefin Vibration plate 4D is one of the most stylish vibration plates out there with lights and built-in speaker! Although speaker isn't of great quality but it's still quite good. I've been using since last 6 weeks and loving it. Great remote watch to stick on my wrist and arm workout kit too. It's quite a stable machine with 3 auto-program level, 6 manual levels and speed ranges from 0-60. Max usage time per session is 10 mins. The plate itself is solid hard at the base which is good for the feet but ensures that you can't spend all day standing on it ;) I tend to do 30-40 mins (3-4 sessions) with 1-2 mins of break in between. Glad I bought the 4D plate.”

“I have used my 3D Vibration Plate almost everyday since receiving it a month ago. I am VERY pleased with the quality and the options. This would be a solid 5 stars except for one minor issue - the power switch is well located on the back of the platform, however, the on/off button is on the top of the plate and I occasionally "step" on it which turns off the vibrations. This issue aside, I am a truly satisfied consumer!”

“I had been messed around by Amazon for a Vibration Plate and so got in contact with Bluefin direct. They managed to get my product delivered the next day. Amazing. Fantastic customer service. Product is quiet in operation - we have an Ultra Slim - and really packs a punch. Recommended product from a Recommended Company.”

“Der Service ist einfach nur schlecht. Ware wurde mit Mängeln geliefert. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Ich hätte mich doch für einen anderen Anbieter entscheiden sollen. Bluefin kann ich deswegen niemanden empfehlen. Meine Kollegin wollte sich auch eine Vibrationsplatte kaufen, wird sich aber jetzt eine andere Vibrationsplatte kaufen.”

“Very quick sevice when I buy( orders online get response immediately and Delivery on time) but after purchase, product seem to have problem I emailed to help a support, got only an automatic email response.”

“Very frustrating customer service. Ordered the product on 15th June and then online it went to pre order. Finally received the item and built it, only for it to be faulty. Messaged the same day to highlight this, got a response 3 days later, responded again, waited 3 days for another response. They have now forwarded to the technicians for input on the fault which I am still awaiting an update on since 31st July and its 10th august! Frustrating that this is taking so long to resolve and not being treated with more urgency.”

At the time of your order, the support team were under a lot of pressure with the number of incoming queries and not enough hours in the day sadly. Bluefin introduced the 3 day response time to better manage customers expectations and all enquiries are responded to in chronological order to ensure everyone is treated fairly. Although I know this doesn't affect your order, I wanted to let you know we have increased staffing and improved processes in the department so we can now offer 24 hour responses. Regards Ella
