“We have only just received the vibration plates (two Christmas presents) but they are very solidly built and work well. As others have said, the instructions don't say what the programmes do and I couldn't find this anywhere online either so they will have to be used on manual or trial and error. They do however seem excellent value. My wife is looking forward to using hers.”

“the 1st refurbished plate I received didn't work, I returned and I received a new one refurbished (after 45 days from my original order) without a handle.. customer service states they came without an handle but it's false because there is clearly something missed on that side of the plate. I just hope the plate performance is good anyway! So i cannot say to be a satisfied customer. Only the customer service support was ok.”

The support team are correct in stating there is no handle on this plate - the groove is there to allow you place your hand in the correct position to carry the item should you need to move it. “Einfacher Bestellvorgang meiner 4D Vibrationsplatte welche in kurzer Zeit, mit der Schweizer Post geliefert wurde. Die Platte ist hochwertig verarbeitet und einfach über die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung oder direkt am Display zu bedienen. Eine detailliertere Beschreibung der 7 Betriebsmodi wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Platte wird mit einem Eurostecker geliefert, welcher einen Adapter vorraussetzt um in die Schweizer Steckdose zu passen. Der Adapter wird nicht mitgeliefert.”

“I have used the Vibration Plate and I liked it, but after a while I got healthy problems and so I had to sent it back. At the moment I have not got an answer from Bluefin and I still hope that I will get my money back.”

“Ordered and received my machine within a few days. It was easy to assemble. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I use it twice a day for ten minutes. Started at 0 and am up to 60 in two weeks. I missed one day and could feel the difference. I am sixty four and this machine makes me feel good.”

“Extremely satisfied with your vibraplate for legs and calf improvements. Also a slight benefit for triceps if in the backward sitting lifting position. If there was some way to attach the vibrating plate itself directly to the hand rope it might be good for biceps as well. I am very satisfied for major pushing muscles. I only wish there was a device for pulling muscles.”
