“Purchased to help with knee exercise and recovery, surprised, 6-week recovery to 100%. Must use daily for at least 15 minutes. Began to alleviate pain, estimate it was about 10 days in, then started to feel less knee pain, stopped taking meds, good to use in your daily routine. Inside use in patio, if raining, I stay inside and step on the machine to get my daily workout. Love the remote, you can change the intensity of the workout :)”

“If you are looking for a quiet indoor bike this is the way to go. The bike was assembled in about 45 minutes. I love this bike. I have had this for about a month with no issues. I used the bike for 2 weeks at least 3 days a week.”

“Wish I’d thought of this years ago. I am 72 and have weakness in balance as well as poor muscle tone. I’ve used this 4 times, varying the programs from easy at first to moderate now. From the beginning, I could feel the workout in my core and after a couple of sessions was walking more strongly with better posture and less leg pain. I’ve now gained some muscle tone after 4 sessions. The machine is compact, easy to use, and quiet. Best of all, I don’t have to exert a lot of effort but can tell I’m being exercised. It’s almost fun using this vibrating machine! Five stars from me!”

“I’ve only been using it for a week, but so far am loving it. I have neuropathy in my toes, and this massager gets the nerves going. I use it every night before bed and find it very relaxing. I'm retired so don’t spend a lot of time on my feet anymore, but I think this would be quite beneficial for someone who does.”
