Purchased the Studio Bike Tour SP. It’s a great looking ‘quiet’ bike with the added bonus of arm rests. I love this feature! The customer service was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy off Bluefin again. Would recommend Jules

Bike turned up and ti box was in terrible condition and the bike was badly dinted. The customer services are slow and frustrating to deal with. I am sending the bike back and purchasing an alternative brand from an alternative company.

Bluefin 3D vibration plate arrived well packaged. Easy order and fast shipping. Black Friday deal of £100 off was a bonus too! Have used for 10 mins per day for a week and can definitely feel like I’ve been working the muscles that Treadmill running doesn’t. M/c is very quiet, and has good Bluetooth speakers. Happy!

J’ai reçu le tapis cassé dans un colis cabossé et le sav injoignable pour avoir remboursement ou recevoir rapidement un tapis en état de marche ! Inadmissible vu le prix du tapis de course !

I bought a platform at the price of € 199.00 very quickly because it was written that the offer expired after a few minutes, instead this FALSE notice was renewed every day. I immediately wrote to the assistance to inform that I had not received the email with the welcome discount to use on the first purchase, but I could not wait for their response because the FALSE announcement said that the price at € 199.00 would expire after a while. So I bought without the welcome discount and the assistance didn't want to do it the next day. I find this company not very honest, because it is FALSE that the price at € 199.00 ended shortly after: at every midnight it was renewed for several days. For me this company is not serious. I did not return the platform so as not to lose the shipping money and because I no longer trust these people and they could with some excuse not give me back the money. I will never buy anything from them again. They are not honest.

Awful customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. The products are great but if you have a faulty item which we have had twice, then the customer service is awful! It takes them ages to reply and then when you reply the process starts again! So far I'm at two weeks and still have a faulty item sat in my lounge awaiting a return!! This isn't just because of COVID as we bought a product from them a year ago and had the same issue! I will not be buying anymore bluefin products because of this, its not worth the hassle when something turns up faulty or you want to return an item!

Ich habe von Ihnen bisher 3 Geräte gekauft und zwar die 4D Vibrationsplatte und 2 Drumm Massagepistolen. Die Vibrationsplatte und Massagepistole funktionieren zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Deshalb habe ich jetzt auch eine 2. Massagepistole bestellt als Geburtstagsgeschenk für eine Verwandte. Auch die Lieferung hat immer super funktioniert, trotz Covid19.

Ich habe mich sehr über die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung von Bestellung bis zur Lieferung gefreut. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden und freue mich über das Gerät und die Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Darf ich die Gelegenheit nutzen und Verbesserungsideen weitergeben? 1. Der START/STOP Kontakt sollte an einer anderen Stelle im Display sein, da man bei sitzenden Übungen gerne ausschaltet mit dem Po. 2. Man kann die 10 min Zeiteinstellung nicht pausieren, um z.B. ein Gewicht oder ein anderes Zubehör zu den Übungen hinzuzunehmen. es geht nur Stop und Neustart mit 10 min. 3. Man kann innerhalb der 10min Zeiteinstellung den Modus nicht wechseln. 4. Ein kurzes akustisches Signal alle 30-60 Sekunden wäre eine tolle Unterstützung bei den Übungen. 5. ein Youtube Channel mit Trainingsvideos wäre super und sehr professionell. Danke!
