“Pour l'instant je n'ai toujours rien reçu, aucune communication sur un délai de livraison, je ne sais pas si je vais le recevoir un jour, le site ne répond pas à mes questions, pour le moment je déconseille fortement d'acheter chez bluefin, j’attends encore un peu car ça fait 3 semaines que j'ai commandé un rameur, en plus le montant prélevé ne correspondait pas à celui du site car le prix était affiché à 999 Euros et j'ai eu un prélèvement de 1028 Euros. Si toujours pas de contact ou de matériel reçu d'ici la fin du mois j'envisage de déclarer ce site comme frauduleux et de contacter les services de gendarmerie pour un dépôt de plainte.”

Obwohl UOS scho 3 Termine avisiert hat, ist der aktuelle Status "in Frankfurt zurückgehalten". Auf Nachfrage heißt es: Kein Termin zugeteilt. Sehr enttäuschend! Grüße Ingeborg Naumann”

“Just bought the Blade 2 rowing machine. Good service, it arrived the day before it was meant to, so took only 3 days from order to delivery. I like the machine itself and have enjoyed a few workouts on it over the past 3 weeks. It is well built and so far has coped with me well and I am going to keep on using it for some time, although in summer I prefer outdoor cycling. I would have given this 5 stars if it had come with the multifunction display shown on all the advertising and a good working app. But it doesn't, the display is single function and scrolls through the readings. The app needs a lot of work done on it, it struggles to connect to the machine and doesn't tell you when it is, the display on your phone auto-closes so you cant follow your workout, there doesn't appear to be a way of storing workouts. However, I have found Kinomap works with the Blade 2 and the free version does all I need at the moment.”

“What a joke!! Being asked to review my purchase and the company. It's difficult to review a product when it's not turned up. Bluefin support have been less than helpful and can't give an explanation of what's holding it up. I won't be updating my review until the product has arrived or when I receive a full refund.”

“Disappointing delivery service from Bluefin, I’m afraid. Order placed on 24/01 and now 04/02 and still no notification that this has been dispatched despite assurances a week ago that it should be collected by their courier within a couple of days. Three conversations later and still no nearer a due date.”

“Product is great so far and it wasn’t too difficult for me to build myself. Only issue was there was no communication after the order was made, other than an acknowledgement. It arrived really quickly (within 5 days), but there wasn’t any despatch notification. If it wasn’t for lockdown I’d not have been home.”

“Not happy as not received it yet. False promises when I contact the support team. Ordered on 25th January still waiting for it to be despatched even though been told ‘don’t worry you will have at the weekend’ maybe a little naive to not ask which weekend ? They can’t even give me a tracking number? Very poor service. Would not have ordered if I had known it would take this long. Website promised quick delivery. Would go elsewhere but I’ve already paid and can’t have a refund until it’s delivered!”

“I ordered two weeks ago and it stated on website orders despatched 1-3 days. Payment was taken day after order was placed. I had no order confirmation or any other communication.I contacted them on open chat a few times and have been told order is in the warehouse ready to be despatched. I have asked for delivery date and told they will let me know when they know. Shocking service avoid at all cost. If you haven't got it in stock please just give me my money back so I can order another one elsewhere”

“merce acquistata il 25 dicembre on line e ad oggi ancora non consegnata inoltre, pur avendo acquistato la merce prima della Brexit mi ritrovo a pagare dazio doganale e IVA senza che l'azienda abbia evidenziato note in merito. inoltre l'azienda non ha dato nessun giustificativo o si è resa disponibile al pagamento del dazio. Preciso che il ritardo nell'invio della merce è stato, come da loro stesso confermato, un loro problema logistico e comunque non si sono fatti carico del maggior costo doganale”

Adresse de livraison: pharmacie du Mont Robin 19 avenue du général Bradley 50410 Percy en Normandie France. Si ce n'est pas possible d'être livrée, je demande le remboursement de ma commande.
