“I absolutely love this. I use it for both fitness and pain management. It really works. It's solidly made as well. I'm glad I took a chance. I'm sure it will enhance my fitness, however it's been wonderful for pain relief which is the first reason I bought it.”

“I purchased this about a month ago. I waited to write my review, as I wanted to really get a feel for this item. I LOVE IT! I can already see a difference in my shape having used it daily for 15 minutes. I hope my transformation continues! I have used several similar machines in salons and this is very close to the salon experience.”

“I love my vibration plate it’s brilliant. It keeps me toned and my skin feels better in general. I use it every day for half an hour and have a routine I follow which I learnt at a salon where I used to use a plate. It works! What more can I say!”

“I have used it for upper / lower / core. i defo see and feel change on the annoying areas like hips and upper leg " fat " but i have also been creative with upper body exercise and i can see tightening of the skin & body.”
