I was away the week my treadmill arrived but got no notification to say that it had been delivered. It was left at the back of my house. When I was setting up my treadmill I found that the plug was smashed and requested a new one. After three emails and over a week had gone by I finally got a one-sentence reply to say that they would send me a new plug. That has been three weeks ago and there is still no sign of the plug. Very poor service. I can even review the treadmill itself as I have it for a month but still haven’t been able to use it. It’s definitely been a very poor experience thus far.

Hi Michael, sorry about the issues with your order and the delay in resolving this for you. Demand on the support team at the time you ordered had increased 10-15x, so they were behind on their response times but working super hard to get answers back to customers as quickly as humanly possible. I can see we sent the plug out for you as soon as we saw your email, and as we didn't receive a response, can only assume everything is now OK. The customer service was appalling. I understand and expect the level of customer service to be slower with COVID-19 but it was more or less none existent. When I finally got replies to my emails they didn't answer my questions. It took a member of their marketing team to get answers for me.

I am sorry to see that you weren't happy with our customer service - during the time of your order, the demand on the department increased by 10-15x the usual level and our team worked their hardest to get responses back to customers. We have employed extra staff and included new processes to ensure a better experience is had by all customers. Bin super zufrieden mit der Vibrationsplatte und richtig süchtig danach. Stehe jeden Tag mindestens 2 x darauf und mache meine Übungen. Kleine Veränderungen an meinem Körper sind auch schon sichtbar. Kann das Gerät zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Bought a 2.5 treadmill during lockdown. Arrived in 5 days! Excellent service. The equipment is very heavy, but I unpacked and used the wheels to move. I would have struggled getting it upstairs though. It took no more than 20 mins to put together. The equipment is really excellent, it covers what both me and my wife needs. She mainly used it for walking and I use it for jogging. The preset programmes are excellent. We don't use the app. Really good value and customer service was excellent.

Great service was expecting a long wait for delivery it was with me in a few days. Great product sturdy and looks neat Great website for ordering, so easy Relatively easy to put together an hours work maybe, just a couple of missing washer away from full marks!! Thank you.

Crosstrainer zodanig beschadigd dat hij niet gemonteerd kan worden. Gezien de gaten in de verpakking, kennelijk tijdens het transport. Gemeld met foto's erbij. Wacht nu op reactie hoe dit af te handelen / op te lossen.

Curv 2.00 Elliptical Cross Trainer. The machine is ideal for what we wanted as 74 year olds who want to keep as fit as we can and keep our weight down. It was a a bit tedious putting the machine together due to the print in the diagrams being so small and feint and the actual setting up of the programming of the machine has insufficient detail for us oldies. None the less, the Cross trainer is up and running and more than adequate for our needs. Blue fitness need to buck up a bit and stop using Covid-19 as an excuse for their poor communications. It leaves the impression that you are under staffed, whatever communication was used.

It said 3-5 days for delivery when ordered but after waiting a week and sending several Emails it turned out it wasn't in stock. They did refund 10% as a goodwill gesture and the cross trainer finally arrived Several weeks later but there is a big problem with it. There's a loud knocking noise from the flywheel and the whole machine creaks and groans when you use it. I've sent an email with a video stating I believe they have supplied faulty goods but despite further chase ups they have not responded. I will chase again and if they still don't respond I'll be instructing my credit card company to charge back the transaction. I'd avoid this company at all costs as their customer service is appalling

We, admittedly, had some supply chain issues over the summer but I am pleased to say we have new caveats in place to ensure this kind of thing doesn't happen again. From the email provided with this review, I can see that we offered to collect this item for you but I do not see a response from yourself in that thread. Bad customer service Took a month to arrive. Wanted to return the item it has been 2 weeks still no response. I’m stuck with this. Don't order from them. Trial from Amazon

Well made heavy bike. Disapointed with the noise made when tension put on, very noisy high pitched squeal. Not what I expected for a circa £500 bike. No response from customer service re this problem. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Robust piece of kit, after one week using the 10 mins per day definately can feel the difference and encourages me to continue and increase exercises on this machine, must stress to gain the benefit you must exercise on this bluefin fitness vibroplate 3d

De bestelprocedure verliep vlot. In het vervolg werd goed gecommuniceerd omtrent de leverperiode. De trilplaat die ik besteld heb moest nog wel in elkaar gezet worden maar dat lukt prima met de instructies. Kwalitatief een goed apparaat, ben tevreden.

Sehr gute Qualität und schnelle saubere Lieferung. Eine App oder ein YouTube Channel für Übungen wäre aber hilfreich da es für Anfänger sehr viele verschiedene Einstellungen gibt und man sich da erst zurecht finden muss.
