“Sólo llevo una semana con la plataforma, pero estoy muy satisfecha. Notas cada músculo moverse. El único inconveniente es q es más grande de lo que creia, pero en general todo muy bien.”

“The spin bike was delivered to Spain within a week of ordering, which was great. I’ve used the bike pretty much every day over the last 3 weeks, hitting 30km-40km a day, and the bike is running smoothly.”

“Really good product and easy to set up. I tried using the suggested workouts in the booklet but it's difficult to read and follow the list while you're vibrating! So it's easier to look them up on YouTube and follow onscreen. After just 3 weeks of use I've started to feel a bit more toned. I also use it to warm up my muscles before exercise (playing tennis etc) by just standing on it for 10 minutes. Customer services were very helpful when I had a query. The only slight downside is that the unit is so solid and the suction pads are pretty powerful so it is quite difficult to move. But that's a very minor point. Like one previous reviewer said, just pick a place and keep it there if you've got the room.”

“Very powerful and silent. One negative point: The settings (time, frequence) must set every time again. A eeprom to store the last settings is missing. But this is the only negative point, and there are many positive points (quality, power, silent, many programs, remote control, ...), so I give all stars.”

“Recently purchased the Bluefin slim vibration plate. Overall very good, easy to use however, the anchor points and metal clips for the resistance cords are not strong enough and bend very easily after first use so am wedging them under the plate to try to stop them bending too much out of shape as the clips don't stay on when pulling them up - I'm not that strong!!. Also, some exercise videos to follow would be extremely useful as the book is not that helpful while trying to balance and read it on the plate.”

Hey Mike, thanks for the feedback. Sorry about the anchor points/clips - the silver eyelets underneath the plate are stronger than the black ones if you haven't tried them. We're looking to introduce videos in 2021 as this has been noted by several customers, so keep your eyes peeled. Regards Ella

“Très belle machine, juste un peu lourde dommage pas de roulette. Je l'utilise depuis 3 sem j'en suis contente. Je vois déjà des résultats. Je fais 10min par j 6j/7. Il faut changer de positions tt les min environ histoire d'alterner les ex. Et surtout ne pas trop se faire mal au dos... Car lez vibrations donnent des petits chocs donc faire attention aux problèmes de dos et genoux.”

“I cannot recommend Bluefin based on the extremely poor customer support when things go wrong. When poor quality and heavily damaged items are delivered the returns and refunds are extremely long processes. This is easily rectified. However, In my experience there is no regard for customer satisfaction once money has been exchanged.”

Hi Dawn, sorry to see you do not recommend us, this is super sad to see. We pride ourselves on providing good customer support so I'm sorry we didn't hit the mark on this occasion. Our team have been facing a huge increase in enquiries this year so we have had longer response times in place to account for this. I can see from the correspondence that the team were following the terms and conditions set out on our site but we are more than willing to take your feedback on board so we can better display this information. We have also increased our staffing so the response time is now 24 hours per enquiry, rather than 72 hours and we're always striving to improve. Regards Ella
