La plateforme vibrante avait l'air sérieuse mais elle est tombée en panne au bout de 2 jours. Pas de chance (peut être à cause du voyage). Donc à la place je note leur service client. Très sérieux ils m'ont envoyé une étiquette retour prépayée puis m'ont remboursé sans discuter. On peut donc leur faire confiance.

5 week waiting list for Tour Sp Bike (COVID accepted). Further delayed by 2 weeks with no explanation. Informed it is on it's way but no delivery info. Ask - no answer. Ask again, vague answer. 3 times - no personal reply, almost like it was computer generated by a computer that doesn't know what's going on. The bike - it was not designed by anyone who knows anything about Spin Bikes. Dimensions all wrong and only suitable by those on the larger end of average size. Doesn't sit straight, electronic display turns on but does nothing, HR monitor doesn't work, arm rests do not allow usual handle bar to be held (as per a normal bike), electronic display in the way of holding racing bars (middle), Kino App not compatible with the bike even though it was sold together. Customer service abysmal. If I thought it would ever be sorted, I would ask for a refund. Using the bike and made adaptions to how I hold the handlebars and quickly removed the electronic display and had to try hard not to throw it in the bin. The Kino App is no better than standard free Apps on a smart phone, so I am not missing that either. On the plus side, it is making me sweat, but so would putting my head in the oven. The fly wheel is good for the price and the bike has filled a gap.

I am so deeply sorry for the delay with your order - we were experiencing supply chain issues which weren't being best communicated to the support team. We have since massively tightened up on this and the support manager has more of a hand with the logistics and supply chain side so the support team are up to date on any changes. Regarding the feedback on the item itself, we take all of your points on board and I have fed them back to the product development team so they can look into improving this for future batches. Great! Love it!! For ten mins a day it’s not a problem. We have a chap that lives with us with learning difficulties he has been able to sit on it with no difficulties and is quite happy to do so! He wants to do it???? Great exercise I’ve been on it and shook all the toxins out my body! Lol great product!!!

Nach der zuverlässigen Lieferung war die Inbetriebnahme kein Problem. Das Gerät ist hochwertig verarbeitet und funktioniert einwandfrei. Wieso es bei dem Preis nicht möglich ist, einen Centartikel (2 BAtterien AAA) beizulegen, verstehe ich allerdings nicht. Peinlich finde ich, dass die Übersetzung der Übungsbeschreibungen von miserabler Qualität ist. Dass ich mit einer Vibrationsplatte "Kälberaufzucht" (Zitat!!) trainieren soll ("calf raises" sind Wadenhebungen.), ist zwar lustig, aber wenn man auf Qualität Wert legt, nicht zielführend. Und dieses ist nur einer von sehr vielen Übersetzungsmängeln. Fazit: Wer englisch gut kann, erwirbt ein tadelloses Trainingsgerät.

The instructions to assemble it are not thorough. The most important part, the wire connections are not explained well.

Achat effectué le 22.05.2020.... tjs pas livré à la date du 04.06.2020 Aucune information m'indiquant si le produit a été expédié, aucune possibilité de contact. Le live chat est indisponible. Le site annonce une pourtant une expédition sous 2 jours ouvrés après la commande.... j'en suis à plus 10 jours et aucune information pour me dire quand je recevrais mon produit !!!

I ordered and received a vibrating exercise machine and assembled it according to the instructions. It did not work and the pilot power light was on. however, the control panel did not light up. After contacting your company, I was informed I would hear back within 24 hours. Didn't happen, then the weekend delayed getting unit repaired. Next I was given a request for information I already gave on the last contact. Again another 24 hours was requested. I troubleshot the machine and found the crimp connectors were not crimped. That meant to me the unit was never tested and was sent out defected causing me much grief. The unit needs a new wiring harness and not the extra work of me disassembling and repackaging the unit to get it back to you. Very aggravated with my purchase.

Hey Raymond, so sorry to see you've had issues with your item. Sadly electrical items can develop faults from time to time, but this is why we provide the warranty to our customers. I can see we offered a prepaid returns label to you for the return and repair/replacement of the item but this was not acceptable for you. Sadly we cannot allow customers to carry out their own repairs as this voids the warranty. We placed an order on the 24 May, the money was taken from our account and despite sending repeated emails we have still not received our goods or an answer as what is happening, would not recommend to anyone

Bought bluefin as product has good reviews and delivery in supposedly 2 working days. I understand the situation at the moment and expected a possible short delay but no one seems to know where the item actually is and it's not with myself!! It's now over 7 days after delivery should have happened. Would love to review product but it is lost and after 3 e mails to customer service who don't respond for 2/3 days and don't fully read what the issue so keep replying with same response I'm no nearer to resolving the issue. When you call the customer service number during office hours it advises..... only available during office hours?? Why have a good product with a bad customer service? Please feel free bluefin to find my plate...... but sorry I don't feel over confident and wish now I had shopped elsewhere.

Hi Becky, so sorry to read this review. We are so deeply sorry for letting you down - this year has been a big learning curve for us. The demand on our customer service department increase 10-15x on weekly enquiries due to the pandemic, which was something we could never have predicted. To ensure we could respond to all emails, Bluefin made the decision the turn off the phone and focus on emails only. Admittedly, we could have put out a clearer message for this.
