“Simple and easy to put together. Used by an 80 year old and 55 year old, helping loose weight and increase heart health, so far has shown improvements to both. Display works well so far,all in all a good buy.”

“I am amazed at the quality of this item. I use a vibration plate at the gym I attend and I knew them to be heavy and probably expensive items. For home use, this plate compares really well. The vibration feels slightly different to the ones at the gym but equally as good if not in some respects better. I'm using it here and there and I do feel it makes a difference in just a few sessions. Would recommend this item. My mum has one too.”

“Excellent purchase - we use it regularly and it really does everything it promises. My daughter has chronic fatigue syndrome so can't do traditional exercise because it's too tiring. This enables her to keep her muscles moving in a less exhausting way so we're very very happy with it.”
