“A great bike for indoor riding. I prefer riding outside, but on rainy days this bike is perfect. I can easily increase the resistance and make it challenging.”

“Solid piece of vibration equipment. Does everything it says it will do. Feels good, like you just took a walk. I bought it for osteoporosis, but also use it with feet close together, sitting down, for restless leg syndrome.”

“I purchased this vibrating machine as a gift for a friend and two months later she's still raving over it! “OMG, this thing is amazing for those of us with back and shoulder issues. Now I want to be clear, the pain the day after is a lot less than the recurring pain we continue to feel without this device. This vibrating device gets to the core of the hips when you stand on it and truly relieves lower back pain (long term) at an expense of lower hip pain (short term). Please don’t be blind. It will hurt a good hurt before the bad hurt disappears. But this machine is amazing at assisting in clearing other problematic issues such as clogged lymphatic systems. Since I’ve used this machine I’ve lost 18 pounds in the last nine weeks so I’m down to 186 pounds from 204.”

“So my husband and I have both been using this and it is so cool. What is crazy is that you can actually tell the next day that you "worked out" a little bit. I got this because we are both getting older and circulation, bone density and loss of muscle mass over time are what we are most concerned with, so this is perfect for us. Whole body vibration has been shown to impact all three of those areas as well as reduce pain after workouts from lactic acid in the muscles, lower blood pressure and lower total cortisol. I am not expecting a total body makeover and to drop 4 dress sizes because I stood on a vibrating platform, but I can tell that I have improved circulation by the reduced swelling in my extremities, and I have not been crazy sore after lightweight training that we have recently started. Overall, I am super impressed and happy with this.”
