“I have used it for upper / lower / core . i defo see and feel change on the annoying areas like hips and upper leg " fat " but i have also been creative with upper body exercise and i can see tightening of the skin & body”

“So easy and enjoyable that I do not mind doing sports anymore. I was looking for a simple and motivating way to start the sport. It is very easy to use, and take up little space. It is not too heavy which allows to move and store it easily. I always end with the relaxation positions, the reward for the efforts provided 😉”

“I'm smitten with this gadget. Really easy set up and the instructions about programmes are clear and straight forward.are press ups, step ups, resistance training, squats, I'd say it's one of the best investments I've made in the exercise department. My legs are stronger, as are my arms, and my balance seems better than it was. I set myself a 40 minute workout.I'm smitten with this gadget. Can lose weight, bodybuilding and improve mobility. recommended.”

“I really like the 3d movement in the machine, it feels like I'm getting a better burn when exercising. It is a good size, not too big or small but I'm able to have a wide base when working out. The machine is very quiet. I am satisfied with this machine.”

“I wanted to use this vibrating plates for several months so that I can give an honest review. And I have to say it’s one of the best things I’ve purchased for myself. The plate works really well. There are several functions and different positions to stand on. I suffer from arthritis and other body pains and it has helped to relieve them. It was painful initially but as time went by it not only helped me loose weight but has also helped ease my some of my pains. What I like most about this plate is that I can just stand (or sit) on it and watch TV without doing anything and it does the work! Lol I call it exercise with out labour! Lol”

“I have been using this daily since my purchase , I can't say it does tone you, but it works your lower muscles when you stand on it. I'm 'using it once a day for 10-15 mins at the highest setting, the belly and thighs will feel itchy in the first day or two , but then it won't be. just looks like you are burning calories. :)”
