“Easy to assemble. It's sturdy and easy to change the tension setting. It's comfortable to sit on while working out. I usually do a 25-30 minute workout and was comfortable the whole time. Good quality!”

“This unit is listed as one of the best vibration plates on the market. I use it every day as my post-workout stretch as well as for leg muscle toning. Some days, my muscles are tighter than others, so you adjust the intensity to match your muscle issues that day. I use it for at least 20 minutes each time and it has seriously helped with the pain level post-workout.”

“I bought this vibration plate for my mother she's 80 years old. She never has worked out and at 80 she has no muscle tone and is overweight. It’s been 3 weeks she loves it. She lost 10 pounds her skin looks amazing she’s on it 3 times a day morning afternoon and after dinner. She sleeps better and can walk up a hill I was in shock in 2 weeks she changed enormously! Best gift I ever bought her I wish I need about this years ago it’s never too late”
