“A very unhappy customer..Damaged spin bike trying to return and get a new one but impossible as there’s no telephone number and when you email them you don’t get the problem sorted.”

“I want to be trusting, but I have not heard anything about when the merchandise is being shipped out, or any kind of correspondence regarding when to possibly expect. I purchased this Nov 28th and the only contact or correspondence I have seen come in is the day purchased indicating that my order was received. It has been paid for already (I see that money has been taken out of my account.) No invoice sent either to reassure me as a consumer that the order is being filled. I am not a fan of this process. Some explanation of where the merchandise is being shipped from and what type of delivery service would be appreciated.”

“Angekündigte Lieferzeit 2-3Tage, bis heute keine Lieferung geschweige denn eine Information warum es länger dauert.. Stattdessen eine Bitte um Bewertung für etwas was ich bestellt und bezahlt, aber nicht bekommen habe, das ist entweder dreist oder dumm..”

“Damaged on arrival, one plastic part is cracked and needs to be replaced, but a replacement part can't be shipped so I need to re-package the exercise bike and send it back and wait for a replacement whole unit. It seems like quite a waste in transport, and my time, when simply shipping the one damaged piece would solve this, hence two stars. Annoying as the bike looks good and otherwise well built.”

“Quick delivery but due to how dirty the vibration plate was, i had to check to see if it was really new. After turning it on, it worked but the right hand side makes very strange noises. Time will tell how long it takes to break.”

“Used this for a couple of days and it seems ok! My main criticism would be the inadequacy of the instruction booklet. You are not told how to activate the remote: the battery cover is at the back of the square remote but you are not told to peal back the rubber strap. An email was sent to tell you to ignore the two top-left buttons on the remote and to use manual mode but you are not told what manual mode is! This is my second Bluefin purchase and I think the instructions are written from the producers point of view rather than purchasers! We are not mind readers!”

“a friend had one that I tried, loved it! so went on line and got one in the Black Friday sale easy peasy. then I noticed some of the on line reviews and started to worry as some of them wasn't good, all sorts of problems etc etc.. But bang on communication from the company with conformation e-mails from bluefin and UPS at various stages put my mind at ease. 4days later iam taking delivery of my exercise plate. its great quite and smooth.”

“Shocking after sales service. The purchase and delivery of my order was great. The item was damaged on arrival and that’s when the poor service started. Nearly two weeks gone by and still no replacement and no reply to inform me when the replacement will be sent, despite me asking twice via their Portal. Not the level of service that I expected.”

Hi Phil, so sorry to read about your experience here. I am so sorry there was a mix up on your return - this is down purely to human error but we will work to put provisions in place to reduce the risk of this affecting anything for customers going forward. The return was accidentally put down as a return for refund, rather than replacement so the refund was actioned by our accounts team. I apologise for the confusion later down the line regarding what had happened - I will bring this up with the Customer Service Manager who will speak with their team and ensure better communication is given should there be another case like this in future (but hopefully not). “After purchasing what I thought was a similar product and not being pleased with the speed functions, noise and size I then purchased a Bluefin and although they both looked about the same in picture and claimed to have the same functions once I received it I realized that was not the case. This machine is very well built, true to its speed settings, perfect size for the different work out options and you can barely hear it. Couldn't be more pleased with this product. Even though I got it on sale, after seeing the difference for myself It is definitely worth it full price and all.”
