“I purchased the rower in December and started the process to return the rower because it is faulty. The currier who delivered the rower took away the wooden box and Bluefin will not accept the return without the wooden box, even though it is not my fault the rower is faulty. After over 30 emails with the App company and the many emails with Bluefin, they have given up trying to resolve the issue and now I am stuck with a very expensive item that Bluefin should collect. Very disappointing given that I purchased this rower over the WaterRower brand because I thought buying from a local business is the better choice - how very wrong was I. Don’t buy the rower because it’s not that great compared with other water rowers on the market, the App and connectivity isn’t great - and unfortunately the service from Bluefin is a complete disappointment.”

“I received the machine last week, in first glance I felt it was much larger than I expected. There was a small scratch on the surface but this is not a critical issue. The Machine is very sturdy, its noise level changes based on the Program you are using, but works very well. When using the remote it works well, only thing I would say is that you cannot set the speed before you start the program. you loose a couple of seconds whilst on the machine to get it to the right speed. The machine works great so far. Use it daily.”

“Ich bin mit der Zusendung und Lieferung des Gerätes sehr zufrieden. Innerhalb von wenigen Tagen war die Vibrationsplatte da. Guter Service. Das Gerät selbst finde ich ebenfalls klasse. Hoffe es hält was es verspricht. Habe es erst seit einer Woche. Es macht Spaß damit zu trainieren.”

“I am very impressed with both the service and the treadmill that I purchased. I emailed a few questions, they were responded to in less than 24 hours. I live in the Channel Islands where we don't pay VAT, they were happy to refund it and the money was my the account in a matter of days. The treadmill arrived within 7 days, with no shipping fees. The treadmill itself was fully assembled, with just a couple of simple add ons to screw on. Fabulous! Highly recommended.”

“The plug came completely squashed so have been unable to use my treadmill. Contacted multiple times no response then get a response and reply not heard anything since so can’t really say whether the treadmill is good or not because I can’t even turn it on. Terrible customer service”

“Looking online for video workouts and how to best use the different settings is challenging.. or impossible to locate. Delivery was quick and the system seems to be built well so far. It's only been a week though.”

“The Pro vibrator plate is an excellent machine. Putting the machine together, though, is another matter. It took two of us a long time. This was due to the screw holes in various parts of the machine not lining up. Some of the screw holes were out by a little but made a big difference on putting the screws in. The machine, though, does work really good on body fitness.”

“Product is excellent just a shame they did not deliver the booklets, wall chart and nutrition guide as per the description on what’s included. I was sent an email saying I can print off the details, but I don’t have a printer. Great product poor customer service. Would be a 5 if they had sent the booklets through in the post. I didn’t mind that they had been missed it was the response that I found frustrating.”

“I’d like to give a glowing review but can’t as not received what I ordered although I know I’ve only been waiting 2 weeks, I’ve had no correspondence ref arrival date even though I have sent an email 3 days ago asking for information. What I ordered was showing in stock so not sure what’s taking so long.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected and the equipment is perfect for what I wanted it for. Folds down and can be stored easily under the sofa. Only issue, the tablet holder was cracked but that was the delivery not Bluefin fitness as the box look like it had been hit.”

“I wish I had something positive to say, but I haven't. There's no-one available at Bluefin to talk to on the phone, Bluefin do not offer any accessories for sale (eg mats, bike covers) and seem disinterested in offering suggestions, and I am being/have been left completely in the dark as to the status of my order - or whether it's being progressed at all. Had I known this in advance I would have ordered a different exercise bike from a different supplier.”
