“The treadmill was very easy to assemble in only 30 minutes. It was a surprise gift for my husband who absolutely loves it. He uses it every day. My kids even jump on it for a short walk as well. It's a great treadmill for the beginner to a moderate runner who is looking for something for indoor exercise but is not a hardcore runner.”

“My husband is a cancer patient and needs to safely exercise his leg muscles which can be difficult since the cancer medications have affected his balance. This little exercise machine placed in front of his chair provides safe and effective exercise for him, and since we started using it, his ability to walk and maintain her balance has definitely improved. This is a good vibration plate!”

“I HAVE HAD TROUBLE LOSING WEIGHT FOR THE PAST YEARS. I STARTED USING THIS MACHINE FOR 10 MINUTES 3 TIMES A WEEK. I USED IT FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND TO MY SURPRISE, THE WEIGHT JUST FELL OFF! I WAS SHOCKED AS I NEVER CHANGED MY DIET NOR DID I EVER EXERCISE OTHER THAN JUST STANDING ON THIS VIBRATING MACHINE FOR 10 MINUtES 3 TIMES A WEEK. THAT IS IT. I STOPPED USING THIS MACHINE AND THE WEIGHT HAS NOT COME BACK.”

“I'm not a doctor or scientist or anything like that so I can't speak to the medical benefits of this vibrating machine, but I will say that I have been having problems with one of my knees for a year now and now that I've been using this thing a couple of times each day, those aches and pains are completely gone. So take from that what you will. I also find it extremely relaxing.”

“I bought this curv mini for my wife after she was having soreness in her legs from sitting at a desk all day. I looked at many of the less expensive versions and decided to pay extra money for this one. It was the right decision. The only thing my wife complains about is looking funny while in Zoom meetings if she's pedaling too fast!”
